As it seems to be a running theme anyone got a cool story

Here’s my attempt

Several years ago I played a game of football against a Leyton Orient veterans team at the Douglas Eyre Leisure Facilty

I was playing for the Orientear we ran out winners 4-2 I bagged a hat trick👍

The veterans team included Mervyn Day Alan Comfort Tommy Taylor and many more who I forget now

The only uncool thing about it was I didn’t get to keep the ball baah

I once played darts for charity against former world champion John Lowe in our local Working mans club , i started on the normal 501 and he started on 525 , he was allowed to only score on bullseyes and semis , i managed to get down to 60 whilst he wanted 125 , he shook my hand and said good game Ron , the b*stard then threw bull , semi and bull for game shot ☹ i did manage a photo with him though 👍

The morning after our championship winning party I was checking out of the Lion & Key when I bump into Kent.
My first comment was that the most important thing we had to do now was keep hold of Justin.
He replied that Justin believes in his abilities and therefore, naturally thinks he can manage at a higher level but he loves it here and he genuinely believes that can and will be achieved at Orient.

I snogged Natalie Imbruglia at a party. Didn't know who she was at the time, it was a few years before Torn. My mate said she was an actress. Never saw her again.

I played Pool for my local pub and we won the league ( again ). This particular year Barry Hearn was somehow involved with the competition and the league was called the Stelka league. Something to do with the pool tables if my memory serves me right. As winners we had a night of competition with a professional snooker player. The pro was none other than Steve Davis who played each of us at pool and did some trick shots. This was just before he made his debut on Pot Black ( BBC TV ) . Barry told us he would go on to be a future World Champion how right he was. Just to add, Steve was a good guy and nothing like his image ( boring ).
