Please can somebody find why the goal was ruled out it clearly clearly hits their player - how on earth did we get a red card aswell
Doesn’t change the fact we were useless all afternoon- James and Theo been awful for a while now , we need backup up top as nobody looks like they can score

Theo wasn’t at his best but still a lot better than most of his team mates.

Dog sh*t was the order of the day so not hard to be better than the others. Hope this game and the last two are a kick in the pants, RW has a busy few weeks ahead.

Doesn’t matter if it his their player if it wasn’t a deliberate pass. If he was offside when the ball was struck he was offside

Happy to accept it was offside, but just to clarify the rule, if a defender attempts to clear the ball and inadvertently undeliberately slices it to a forward in an offside position is that offside ?

to clarify the rule further if the player is offside before the ball is passed forward , then he is offside . That is how the law is written isnt it ?

A player in an offside position receiving the ball from an opponent who deliberately plays the ball, including by deliberate handball, is not considered to have gained an advantage, unless it was a deliberate save by any opponent.
I assume the officials deemed it wasn’t a deliberate play, I.e. it was a deflection and therefore Kelman was offside. No real issue with it aside from why the lino didn’t flag immediately and they had to have a chat about it.
