Wow - this competition is still going. 60 years ago it was an amateur only competition. I followed Ilford and saw many matches.

Yep ,not a good result considering the strength of the team we put out .

I won't lose any sleep over being knocked out of the London Senior Cup, far bigger things to play for.

A shame we got knocked out, we will have rely on friendlies for players not getting much match time.

A big miscalculation thinking that team would get us through to the next round, conned by Chelsea, and now fooled by ourselves, We aren't learning

I'll go with that team couldn't be arsed.
