Re: Walsall v northampton
No Sam Hoskins again for Northampton tonight for the second game running. I see he has scored around half of their goals and therefore probably a big part of their team.
Anyone know how long he is out for (presumed injured) as we play them Saturday week?

Re: Walsall v northampton
That’s ridiculous (unless there was a serious injury). I can see refs being asked, finally, to crack down on timewasting

Re: Walsall v northampton
3 goals & 7 yellows shouldnt cause that kind of delay . Have to wait for the match report . 106 minutes is shocking though .

This wouldn’t have helped …
BBC: “Unfortunately, the game was marred by Norris suffering facial injuries after a high boot by Sutton's Louis John, whose team-mate Jon Barden later had to be carried off on a stretcher with a nasty-looking ankle injury.”

Re: Walsall v northampton
Steve Evans is one of those managers you hate when he is with another club, but would like at your club because he is a winner.
Colin W is another like that. The sort of person you love to hate

Re: Walsall v northampton
You just know it’ll be us v them play off final
Re: Walsall v northampton
My hope for us is that we'll spend the season in the top 3, juggling places 1,2 and 3, well clear of the play off places. I love us being top but automatic promotion is what I really want, and believe we are capable of.

Re: Walsall v northampton
Yes, I agree promotion is the main priority but I would still love us to go up as Champions and why not . I agree we still haven't got out of second gear yet . When you watch us play we're very exciting going forward and always look like we're going to score . How many time could you say that about any Orient sides of the past . I can only think of one and that was our team from 2014. If we can just cut out the stupid mistakes at the back I reckon we're in for a very exciting season . Trust me , when we really click we're going to knock some team for six .

Friend of my youngest son played for Stevenage last season and was one of 19 players released.TRUMP Plumbing wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 1:11 pmWellens is cut from the same cloth.
He said he was “horrible “ and he was glad to leave but I bet Stevenage fans love him
