I'm starting up a new Poddie offering, as we in the trade call them.

It will be a weekly satirical review of the existing Orient based media offerings across all the platforms and will reach out to a new audience of around six or so.

Now and again it will break top Orient related stories and will have an investigative division. The investigators are currently working on the opening of an Essex based cafe by someone with past O's links. A full review of the menu will follow idc.

The venture will need some seed capital and sponsorship. Does anyone know any local businesses who might want to sponsor Goldon Orient?

Interesting timing for this fantastic sounding plogcast.
I believe the much missed " The Boarder" are in pre production of "The Boarder Vlogcast" which will cast a satirical eye on the months boarding (both boards and the Secret One) as well as over 10 Orient related media offerings.
They aim for audience reach of 7.

We must include full on arguments , say it to my face sections & all in Ridiculing of anyone whose ego gets to big . Are we allowing a monthly punch up ?

Doomed to failure. It takes years to build up an audience of 6.

You need a gimmick to attract an audience from the start.

What about a prize draw?

That's an ambitious target for audience reach but I suppose with 10 existing Orient related media offerings on the go who will be desperate to watch the reviews of their offerings you may be onto something even bigger than you first anticipated.

The leftie rightie match had nowt to do with footy more of a riot with a ball somewhere close bye in case plod turned up .

But my suggestion still stands, I reckon a prize draw would be a good idea. Instead of footie, you could link it to something else. Such as, and this is just off the top of my head, current printed publications made by and for the working class.

I think a regular appearance from a Sooty glove puppet could swell the viewing figures. I'd certainly tune in for that

Yeah, but it's what the people want.

I was thinking you could even combine footie with printed publications, and possibly go with a football fanzine.

So, for example, you could run a prize draw and offer a 1st prize and a 2nd prize to the lucky winners.

1st prize could be a copy of Panda.

May I ask, what would you suggest by way of a second prize in this lottery?
