Completely. It will be truly shocking if this true, but where is the source?

Few things on twitter saying from sources that have been right about our other signings...
We'll see. With Turley signing it sort of makes sense but Judd is younger and myles (lol) better than Ling and considering the club are trying to eek every penny out of the fans, £25k seems like a joke amount to accept.

I’d be gutted as he’s the better player of him and ling, who in my opinion is a liability whenever he plays and I lost count of the number goals he was responsible for.

If true this is a bad decision and can only be down to nepotism

Careful. Such opinions will upset the Ling Brigade.

Of course he will is better than Ling. Else they would have gone after Ling.
Silly money though if true. Are we that hard up?

Kent has probably realised he is flogging a dead horse.
I can see a lot of belt tightening from now on.

If he tightens it to much we could find ourselves going down again.

Ive heard bid accepted but up to Judd. Lives in Chigwell with parents so may not fancy it. Coventry despite ground issues are a far bigger club than us

If true it's sad news - far more going for him than Ling, just had bad luck with injuries... wasn't he League 2 young player of the season when we got relegated?

Correct.
But is he prepared to lose a couple of million a year to help us progress?
I doubt it.
And is he that rich?

Fee, reduction in wage bill, Turley and Ling. Wouldn’t surprise me to see him go.

I guess realistically we have Turley, Ling and Judd vying for one starting position, so you could argue thats one too many.
I like Judd he is tenacious and likes a tackle he also gets forward well and like most I would rather keep him, Turley more defensive minded but very solid and of course a decent centre back. Ling has loads of potential but needs to start fulfilling it, if he is staying ahead of Judd he needs a big season next year to justify that decision.

No issue if he goes really, not having that fee though. If it's remotely close to that it would have to be absolutely loaded with future add ons.

Cos he’s gone backwards as a player and is not good enough for league football in my opinion based on what I saw last season.

Totally disagree. He can get up and down the pitch, put a good cross in and can tackle - all of which Ling struggles with.
