Impressed with Nick Semaca, he knows his stuff. Interesting he mentioned learning from Brentford as a template for success, very much agree with that.

I hope when the board defines the Orient style for moving forward it involves what he says at the end, a team that works hard, plays aggressively and aims for success. Time for this club to drive upward with Wellens being the catalyst.
