Absolutely Poundy . This is where things can go wrong . It should be Richie’s choice, not our asshole transfer committee. RW knows exactly what he wants and what he's being suggested does not fit the bill. RW does not have time to source the players he wants. If he did his title would be DoF. If he took on the responsibility of sourcing every player all he would do would be either to dilute his coaching role or take on someone to do it under him. Now he says what he wants and presumably ML comes up with the current list and RW gets the say on who comes in.
