Even the NHS has said that around 50% of admissions are people without symptoms coming in for other reasons. This suggests that actual deaths from covid are significantly lower.
It would be good for the true breakdowns to be given. It is pointless having someone dying from an accident and being put down as a covid death.

Hospitalisations down 31% week on week
Cases down 18.5% week on week
The end of this virus is nigh.

Got a link to the 50% figure? Because I'm not sure I believe it
In any case admission and death stats aren't the same anyway

Only just starting?
Haha - somewhat tongue in cheek from me - he’s been talking sh-ite for ages (my apology to sh-ite)
Hilarious. Still not adding much. Come back when this is over and apologise . In the meantime, keep up the childish insults. I will need therapy soon

More hilarity from the league table doom master. You should start a comedy club.

The BBC reported the figure at 30% and that related to admissions. Will be on their site somewhere. No idea of their source but in all honesty it’s seem reasonable. Inevitable that with Omicron people who go to hospital with other issues may have Covid and not be aware until tested.
Reasonable to assume it applies to deaths too, always has. A neighbour of mine over a year ago went to hospital after a stroke, whilst in hospital he suffered a heart attack. It transpired he caught Covid. I’d be surprised if that’s what killed him. In the early days of Covid several stories like this emerged.
I’m not too sure a precise breakdown is possible.

The economy didn’t suffer so badly because, for the most part , they did the right things. Not locking down every time Labour whiners said they should. Not locking down with this variant has done the reverse of what you say. It has saved the economy.

Exactly this. Ask Currywurst to give us a breakdown of current deaths. Percentage of Delta / Omicron , vaccinated/ unvaccinated, Deaths with Omicron / as a result of Omicron.
It’s all well and good posting death rates for effect but they are meaningless. We all know what the totals are everyday. They are on the BBC. Tell us something we don’t know.

The people in the 5th biggest economy are under huge financial strain because of the story parties inepitudes ! underfunding ppe , whilst they line there own pockets. Filthy sc#m !

Why’s that ? His salary per annum is 10.4 million, whilst he has been doing his “ charity “ work since august last year he has played 759 minutes of football equivalent of £6800 per minute during the last 6 months. Just think if he gave up 1 hour of his salary he could feed all the kids in Manchester for a year, however his mattress would be a bit lumpy till the next hour.
