We'll probably have this nonsense again in four years time, when she's 100, and then again the following year when she will have been in the throne for 75 years.
Sigh...........

About time the anti-monarchy crowd have the courage of their convictions and volunteer to work on crown related bank holidays
About time the undeserved wealth they've accumulated was fairly redistributed to allow everyone to work less and have MORE holiday time.
You just can't resist pissing on someone's party for one day can ya. miserable git
**** off.

Glad (it's) All Over.
(Got nothing against the Queen at all, but as for all the others....)
Because I resent having to live in a world populated by halfwits like you.
Yet you chose to log on here only to get upset and angry
Rather odd behaviour. Then again, angry old man shouting at strangers on the internet isn't exactly a new phenomenon I suppose.
shouting at strangers on the internet isn't exactly a new phenomenon I suppose. - Neither is making ridiculous, unjustified assumptions about people you've never met and know very little about.

The Queen officially became the second longest serving monarch in modern history today, having served for 70 years and 127 days and overtaking Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej,
If she can stick around for another 713 days she can overtake Louis XIV of France, the longest-reigning monarch, with a 72-year and 110-day reign.
Congratulations to her, a fantastic achievement.

Of the 680 species of leeches not many live more than 10 years. Shows that if they get the best of grub and medical care that a longer life is possible.
