Why did Terry decide on staying on His Sofa ?

If he had slept on someone elses then The Kid might still be alive & you cant prove anything different .
And neither can you prove he’d still be alive if he hadn’t. As has been said already, we know nothing about Dale Robert’s mental state.

I’m no fan of the Terry’s but there’s plenty of instances where affairs have taken place. I doubt very much it’d ever cross anyone’s mind that the wronged party would commit suicide.
But there have been statements made & are in Public records after the inquest which stated a major factor in his depression was his wifes alledged affair !
Please don’t make explain the difference between intent and consequence.

If you’re seriously saying PT intended what happened then your barking.

Im not .
Im saying it is on record his wifes alledged affair
Was noted as part of the reasoning he was depressed & then took his own life .

The alledged claim Terry had an affair with a team mates wife is morally dispicable & shouldnt be tolerated by our club !

One who supported & loved Justin Edingburgh .
The day he found out about the lads death affected him deeply .
Its said here at 5.08

Original question is interesting though - has the hallmarks of some genius thinking that getting someone who had worked with both Wellens and Ling before would lessen the risk of the two falling out. But presumably not Porter, who is smart enough to see the risk coming, and was also here when Terry got banned for mugging Orient off with their youth players (I think - but was that Beelzebub era?)

This is a total embarrassment for the club,he will be a target for abuse, by fans from both sides, an irrational appointment and casts doubt already on the judgement of Doncaster Man. He did 199 days there, maybe 19.9 days here at this rate if he brought him aboard.

Righto.
Out of interest, what exactly does this Tuffers bloke have to do to get a ban from here?

He’s by far and away the most belligerent, abusive mad just generally unpleasant person on this board and yet you seem to treat him with impunity. Why is that?

This actually puts Richie’s comments yesterday that he didn’t want to mention who the potential Nr2 is until he signed the contract in another light.

Maybe he knew exactly what the reaction would be and wanted to avoid it until there was no going back so to speak?

Sounds very sinister I know and I’d really hope it was more a case of not wanting to speak too soon

Yup & that was one of the major reasons
I wasnt overly happy With JE's appointment &
The fact he was an Ex Spud .

Sol Campbell spoke about it at the inquiry to & wasnt to
Complimentary about the treatment JE dished out .

JE changed his thought process to mental health after the incident

He says so here pretty much at 5.08

If you’ve been here long enough, you’ll notice that there’s not a lot of sanctions going on generally.

He’s a pain in the arse for sure but theres been far worse than him on here with far more unpleasant agendas.

Fair enough. He does seem to sit in the “annoying attention seeking kid” category rather than being outright malicious.

I have him on foe anyway but that doesn’t really do much because he comments on every single thread and people inevitably end up quoting him so I still see his tedious guff.

If Nigel and Kent were involved in this they should hang their heads, appointments like this sully or proud name and history. Nothing would surprise me with Ling though. Either this is gross insensitive incompetence or it’s (fu** the fans).

The moderator of a Leyton Orient message board making sarcastic comments about a legendary manager who passed away relatively recently in the grand scheme of things is an incredibly odd look.

I can’t tell if he’s being serious or using Justin to wind up other members. Either way it’s pretty shocking. How is this guy a moderator?
