Anyways, trad Turkey, Ham and trimmings again for us. No outdated religious dietary restrictions in our household. Seafood starters too. Though I only eat a little meat at Xmas dinner, preferring to scoff everything else. Enjoy Boxing Day coldcuts and leftovers curry etc.

I've done this no tray thing when making young Jamie's Empire chicken. Delicious. However, duck is a lot fattier so I sense so care may be required.

Only the rack gets dirty. Shove it in the dishwasher.
