Piers Morgan has issued an ultimatum to drive to see his parents if Cummings is not sacked today.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/p ... 29661.html

What an odious individual he is, putting his elderly parents at risk of illness or worse just to make a political point.

Johnson won't sack Cummings because Cummings is Johnson's puppet master.

Each day the Tory government is sinking lower, even deeper than the sewers now.

I'm surprised he knows where they live.

If Piers was my son I would have moved years ago and not told him where we had gone.

What is wrong with some people?
Shoot the person who highlights the blatant wrongdoing by the man who controls what our PM does to this country?

For your information, Faldo: Morgan stated that he would keep 2 metres distance to his parents.

Apparently his parents have begged Boris to sack Cummings just so they don't have to see their boy.

FFS! A fannies a fanny.

Staying socially distanced from Piers is real hard. He's on the telly too much already.

Shouldn't that be "mangled"?

Having said that, I like "mangaled" better, according to Google: "A ball less man led to the slaughter by a woman"

Instead, they're trying to claim that he did not breach the rules, and they're forcing ministers to come out publicly in his defence. They've just lost all moral authority.

It's absolutely baffling why they've allowed this to become such a problem. It just goes to show important Cummkngs is to this government.
This shows that a) this government lies if they think it serves their purpose
b) Johnson is THE government and the cabinet are his puppets (or else!)
c) Johnson is NOTHING without Cummings
d) if Cummings is forced out then 'the emperor has no clothes', meaning that Johnson loses his power and even his script for what to say
in his media briefings

The next few days will be interesting. Is Gove licking his lips?

No10 is going into full-on Trump mode. It's simply all fake news now. 80/20 that Cummings survives this.

Sure, I get that the Mirror and Guardian are certainly anti-Boris and anti-Cummjngs, but there are plenty of people on the right who have stated that he should resign too.

Not keen on eitherof those two men but no need to use an abbreviated swear word like that to express your distaste of both of these controversial government advisors. Dominic Cummings role as a government chief advisor must be really under question now after making this trip. You cannot really be having one set of rules for the average everyday folk of the uk and another set of rules for those who are rich, famous or influential etc.
How is it a swear word? He's blanked out 2 letters so it can't be
One letter was blanked out but we all know the word he meant, really unnecessary to having to resort to the use of foul mouth swear words ( even if abbreviated ) to get over your message. Too often a thing done on this forum.

Rumours that he has done it a third time.

Tory ministers have demonstrated incompetence through a lack of diligence before leaping to his defence. Especially the Attorney General. I reckon it will come down to what Durham police say. While No10 may be willing to pull a Trump on the Mirror and Guardian, I can't see them doing that on a police force.
