Just about the last gig I went to had the same line-up at the 100 Club around 2010 (ish).

Never proven, but shouldn't be ignored because he was likeable. Google is your friend for this one.

Exactly Harvey, plenty of unanswered questions I'm afraid. He even talks about abusing underage girls in his autobiography saying they were lining up to be abused. He married an underage girl, granted it was legal in that state but come on who marries a 15 year old? Sick and weird that I'm afraid.
