Sounds like Ross was caught out with his tactics again tonight . We can’t keep making these type of mistakes .

It’s all about midfield. I’m convinced we have goals in us but we have absolutely no creativity or movement.

Take away pens and OGs, we’ve scored precisely 1 goal in the last 6 games.

All about the reaction for Saturday. Tonight was a free hit with any points a bonus, different story against Stevenage.

That is a good point.Unlike the ones we didn't pick up tonight.

With all the panicking on here I'm pretty sure we will be ok :8

It’s not one of his strong points, so we must make allowances for his difficencies.

Giving away a total gift of a goal hardly helps though.

Like I said after Sat we need another centre midfield player to compliment Cisse. Josh and Clay just don’t create enough or any chances (delete as appropriate). Still lingleton are on the case so I’m hopeful that the attacking / creative player will arrive.

All over them all
Game just can’t create anything for strikers, really need a midfielder with a bit of creativity, lost count of how many times Clay gave the ball away, think the other keeper will start against Stevenage after that howler tonight.

Whilst I’ve not seen it, we had enough time to equalise.

I just dont understand how Clay plays every week, can't pass, Can't control the ball in fact no quality at all. We badly need some creativity in there Cisse looks a good signing and I believe our strikers are OK but we create sweet FA.

Time to get a proper left back in for Saturday and Brophy wide left in a 4-4-2.

So we created chances then? Was it bad finishing that let us down or lack of chances created?

Thought we played well tonight and were the better side. We didn't have quite enough quality in the final third and wasted two glaring chances.

It was good to see us dominate the midfield for once and Cissè looked the part again. We just need that little bit more quality next to him.

I'm happier about that performance than either of the two before which we were unbeaten in.

The chances we created were mainly down to good individual play first half by Ruel and Wilkinson and a couple of crosses second half from Brophy and JMD. I can't remember the last time Wright or Clay played in one of our forwards, too busy going sideway and backwards.

We need to pick the right players in the positions they excel in and play them in the right formation.

We certainly dominated the 2nd half but didn’t create too many chances.
Wilkinson should have scored in the 1st half after Ruel’s shot.
I feel that 2-0 flattered Crewe wand we probably deserved a point.
Hopefully Danny Johnson is available for Saturday and I’d drop Wilkinson on tonight’s performance as I didn’t think he looked totally interested.

We haven’t beaten anyone below us this season, isn’t that a stat to be worried about?

I think you’re onto something. If only people had spotted our midfield is our weak point earlier. Say 18 f*cking months ago.

Cisse has sorted us defensively. He’s class. We need to do everything to make sure he stays. We just need someone as good as him in one of the more forward roles.
