It looks like Victor Adeboyejo will leave Bristol Rovers (loan). Barnsley are keen for him to get game time elsewhere. Could he do a job for us?

Salford City are delighted to announce the signing of striker Tom Elliott!

The forward has signed a two-and-a-half year contract, joining us from Championship side Millwall.

Standing at 6’4, the 29-year-old is a physical presence up front and has played for the likes of Macclesfield Town, Bury, Cambridge United and AFC Wimbledon.

So that’s now 5 new players Holloway has brought to Grimsby. All in time to play against us on Saturday. We’ve only signed a keeper. It’s very disappointing that our recruiting is so slow. I can’t help feeling this is giving other teams the advantage over us.

You might want to consider that not many players want to join us
