I've been a critic of Alabi but the bloke scores one and wins a penalty in his last outing and hasn't played since . What exactly do we need him to do .If Fletcher isn't going to play him why bother having him on the bench

This is exactly what happens when managers employ negative tactics. We had wilkinson, Maguire Drew and Dennis on the bench. Harold struggling on his own up front . And from all accounts, we had to pay Bournemouth to get Fletcher.
Right from the start, seemed a rather strange appointment to me and having seen his interviews, does not raise any enthusiasm at all so far.
