Correct.
This just would not happen.
Also, Wrexham has "worked", because it's (to some degree) unique. We'd be simply "Wrexham mark ii", and it would Not be news it would stink the place out..

Personally, I'd rather see us back in League Two as Leyton Orient, rather some ludicrous U.S. underling to the mawkish Wrexham project.

These mythical global corporations and dosgy Italians are subject to the same rules that allow someone to invest substantially in Orient who can’t prove to another FA where his money to buy another club was coming from.
They aren't right now, but they will once the Americans get fully involved in the world game & the Billions to be earned by television rights.
Do you see how much they pay NFL & Baseball & Basketball players these days in the States.

Global Corporations declare their financial every year as do all law abiding small companies. Its how the tax system works. By making financial reports & tax being paid against it.

What's a Dosgy Italian?
Once Americans (who own nearly half of the Premier League clubs, 9 Championship clubs and even more in league 1 and 2) get involved there will be billions on tv rights to be made, keep dreaming. Other than a couple of the big clubs, there aren’t NFL figures to be made.

Right, all these global corporations queuing up to buy Lryton Orient are alright because the do financial reports at the end of the year 😂

Wrexham are a relatively big club and there’s a story to the club and working class history of the City that appealed to them.

Orient have nothing to offer.

Where have I said all, if you read the thread I've specifically mentioned Global MEDIA corporations.
They don't come knocking on your door you have to knock on theirs. Hence why I said the following
" Hope Nigels got some meetings organised or has his contact list & Contact List at the ready".
All companies who are lawfull & legal entities do yearly financial & show transparency. The fact that you laugh at that practice underlines your ignorance
Your Amateurish trolling is quite bizarre.

I'm just offering a different view on raising money for the club, Everyone sees how successful the Welsh mob are doing, At least that shows something different can work
I get what you mean but you need the RIGHT owner. Get it wrong and we go the way of the Italian mob again. He set up a TV show if you recall? And put millions of pounds in and it went tits up QUICKLY....

Wrexham were VERY lucky in getting two famous actors as their owners but who actually care about the club. That's almost an impossibility.
So seek investment from Netflix Disney Amazon Prime.
Band of Brothers was a massive TV series, so was the Beautiful game, which was all about the evolution of footballs southern based power being challenged by the North. The southern powers like Wanderers fc the greatest Winners of the F.A CUP for decades
Wanderers were former players from Forest School.
The founder of the F.A CUP Charles Alcock as the man who started the F.A cup lived in Chingford after leaving his Sunderland birthplace.

Clapton Orient McFadden Jonas & Scott all died in WW2.
Wrexham had a mining accident, which of the 2 towns has more History ripe for a TV show?

Band of Brothers meets The Beautiful game or A Welsh Town that had a tragic mining accident?
Clapton Orient were in the top 4 London football clubs in 1915 along with Arsenal Tottenham & Fulham, all that given up by signing up for King & Country. Even the future King came to see us play.

Sell our History like its never been sold before.
The Yanks love a war film an underdog sports story & Royal story, Christ the script is already there for a spin off for a Netflix & Opponent to Welcome to Wrexham
If only you would take them off & see what's sitting in front of your nose

Edit The English Game not the Beautiful game.

Whilst credit is due for your enthusiasm and creative thinking, I think this kind of ship has sailed (for Orient, and many others).

Wrexham is a one club town with a large 'potential' reach..
Any romanticism around Orient exists in it's sheer survival (surrounded by much bigger clubs), and continuing to plough on despite a (largely) absent geographical fanbase. (very few fans live in E10).

The Disney/football "isn't this just swell" thing has already been done at Wrexham. There would little enthusiasm for a mk2 imo.

Remember the Galloping Gourmet when he was a one of a kind TV chef? Or when A reality TV show was a 1 off rather than visiting every aspect of life?
Being done once didn't stop others conquering Everest.

If an Amazon or a Prime or a Netflix invested in the ownership a smalll club & took it to the Premier league, not only would it have a seat at the top of the game, it would have a front row seat at the Negotiating table for the next round of talks on Footy TV rights deal.

This move is layered in so many ways it feels like the perfect solution.
