All clear now. The roof used by the shooter wasn't covered by the Secret Service due to "health & safety" concerns. Also, they state that they employed security people using latest diversity guidelines. Maybe the guard in the wheelchair was struggling to climb the ladder.

I'm calling bullsh*t on that claim. I've seen the news footage and photos of the incident and the security team. Not one of them had purple hair.

After reading your comment, out of curiosity I took a look on Wikipedia . According to a gun survey carried out in 2018 it was estimated in America there was about 393 million small arms fire in personal possession. I’d imagine thats more than enough guns to get the ball rolling if Trump had been assassinated

Yes , I made a mistake . I apologise . However the 393 million figure is on wikipedia from 2018 so I'm confident that figure is correct . In fact my guess is it's probably higher now because that figure was from four years ago . Anyway my point is there are more than enough guns available in America .

Yes most likely to be higher now. Time for much stiffer laws to restrict to sales of assault rifles and similar. Members of the public have no right or need to be armed up to their teeth with these military level firearms, what next, legal sale of hand grenades and mortar bombs etc !
