Thanks Ori. I haven't actually got any old details saved (as far as I'm aware) and had been entering card details at payment point, alas no joy despite repeated attempts. They have advised trying to delete old credit card details stored on account and just putting the details in at point of payment.
It didn't work for me, but try it, it may work on your account

Not sure that club would be overly bothered as they still make a profit on the seat if it's resold. Try going back to the email the club sent you a month or two ago and go from the link on there but it takes a while.
