Why is it just over half of people are everywhere are fukwits?
People from the other side of the argument are probably saying why is it that just under half of people everywhere are fukwits. My point being it’s all about opinions.
Nice answer. ☺️ No 'come back' on that one!

Covid update form the US: Got a friend in the states (who's a democrat) and he sent me this on another forum. I thought it was worth sharing :-

Boys, report from Phoenix in Arizona. The news networks are saying Florida is new epicenter in USA, but here in Phoenix we have 40 cases per thousand and Florida has 19 per thousand. Our hospitals are about a week from crashing. I'm staying in lock down as I have been for 4 months. When you think it is bad, just imagine if you had a reality TV host running the country, telling all the idiots not to wear a mask and that everything is going good. Over half the states have rising case numbers, and only 3 or 4 have declining numbers. Trump thinks unless he gets the economy going again he will lose, so he is lying to everyone telling them all is under control, and all the kids headed back to the bars and it took off again. It is going to be hell for next 6 months.

It seems Trump has found a way of making some money out of the presidency after the electorate has dumped him, he is setting up an on-line subscription channel which he thinks his loyal following will be happy to pay $6.99 a month to join. Daily talks from the Donald will bring in millions, that is until they get fed up with him or he ends up in jail.

The degree to which Trump is beholden to Putin is becoming more and more obvious, the information about the bounty on US soldiers has been known in the White since early 2019 and in more normal times would have resulted in both diplomatic and more direct action by the CIA. Trump's insistance that Russia should rejoin the G7 led to Anjela Merkle threatening to withdraw from the next meeting and a counter threat of troop withdrawals from Germany, something that directly threatens our own troops in places like Estonia.

Putin, whenever he feels like it, can arrest a group of 'hackers' who will admit to being paid by Trump to fix the 2016 election and at the 'show-trail' all the evidence will prove Putin had nothing to do with it. Similarly the conspiracy about the Bidens will be all of Trumps doing.

I can see him going into recording a covers album; or perhaps become an evangelical preacher (maybe even both):

How about ‘Sticky Fingers’.

Trump has now decreed that all schools must be opened. To his mind if schools in European countries can open so can those in the US, this despite the virus raging unchecked across 38 states. He has complained that the safety guidlines from the Centre of Disease Control are too rigid and he is 'going to have a talk' with them. He has also threatened to cut funding from schools that do not open. It appears that the future safety of the rising generations is not as important as getting re-elected

So many polls are now indicating Trump will lose in November, and yet I still won't be surprised if he wins:

Haven't followed their situation closely, but they have about half the deaths per million than we do.

With countries all over the world affected by the coronavirus pandemic, the US has emerged as a global hotspot. The Trump administration has been criticized for being slower to act than other countries. The US currently leads the world in both confirmed coronavirus cases and deaths according to Johns Hopkins University. It’s important to point out that the actual death toll is believed to be far higher than the tally compiled from government figures.

Confirmed cases
3,168,965
(Yesterday: +63,247)
Deaths
133,869
(Yesterday: +990)

It has emerged that the White House has been attempting to change the questions on the National Census forms. This is said to be designed to make it easier to target Black and Hispanic people and prevent them from voting. The Republican Party has a $54 million fund devoted to ' Voter Prevention.'

"It’s important to point out that the actual death toll is believed to be far higher than the tally compiled from government figures."

These figures will now start to come down quickly as the hospitals have been instructed not to send them to the CDC, who would have circulated them widely so that scientists could analyse them for trends, but to send them directly to the Health and Human Resources Department in Washington.

He should be happy he is now making money out of the campaign funding, his Mia Largo complex is being used for a 'donor retreat' to the tune of $370,000, out of the re-election fund. Whan he goes to stay there all the staff and security teams that travel with him are charged to the government at $600 a night each, no discount there then.

So Nuneatono you support China having control of our telecoms systems do you? Even ardent socialists were against such a plan. Even the tories were against China having such control. Yet trump has aledegely said cancel it and its wrong. Madness from you.
