Started by playing league 2 football at Colchester so he'll know what to expect from this league . Saying that though he's still a gamble . I'm saying he should do well but we would have to see .
Hit double figures for Charlton and Ipswich.

That’s why I’d like him back

if he took all those chances he'd be playing in the Premiership and wouldn't even be on our radar .
Red, point taken but let's not forget he was playing at national league level. Plus the fact, players like teams, can go through an almost magical like streak of form from time to time, and then it disappears. My summing up of Bonne is : for his height he holds the ball up well. He's very good with penalties, and he's quite good running with the ball at his feet. But as a instinctive striker', predator, that only has a split second to put away the chance, he's abysmal. In this regard I found him extremely frustrating. If he signs (which I doubt somehow) and he does the business I'll be the first to hold my hands up.
Did you hold your hands up when he done the business for us week in, week out in 2018/19?
Well, of course I did when he scored, you smug, argumentative non descript.

Wycombe Wanderers are allegedly in prime position.

So at what point did he disappoint enough that you put those hands down and started typing about how he frustrated you?

Wages for Bonne and JK would be a major stumbling block and I’m not sure at their stage of career it would be a good move. Like either of them back but don’t think it’s going to happen.

You know that he scored 23 League goals for us (1 in 2 games) the year we went up from the National, yes?

I'd go as far as to say that without him, we'd likely 'maybe' still in that League.

He missed a few one on ones granted, but I still think your rationale is way too harsh to use the word 'abysmal' All strikers miss chances you know..

Abysmal striker who made it as high as the Championship would suggest he isn't abysmal at all . Actually , he's pretty good.

If I've looked it up correctly about 75 appearances at championship level between Charlton and QPR. However in that time he only scored about 14 goals . Not a good scoring record for that level but should be well good enough for league 2. Anyway if a club like Ipswich want him we wouldn't have a chance to get him .
