Looks like he's defo off, just a question of how much now sadly.
Its the same story, just publication after publication copying the first publication.
Probably comes down to money ( doesn't everything?)

What if a transfer was true AND he was still here next season (albeit on loan) though?

Agree that he isn't a £1mill player and that the Championship is his ceiling btw. I think someone will slightly overpay or a higher team take a chance based on him being left footed and tall.
What did you think of Maguire when he played against us 5 years ago, as a 22 year old?
I didn't see Maguire when he played against us 5 years ago.
I don't even remember him back then, who was he playing for?

If Macguire goes to wherever some posters on here seem to think that Happe would be signed by Leicester to replace him.
I highly rate Happe, but he`s nowhere near good enough for the Premier League.............He`d probably end up in their U/23s at best.

Can't believe some people even entertaining the idea that Happe would be a Maguire replacement!!

The Sun is reporting that we have rejected £300k from Spurs for Dan Happe :o

At least if he goes we know we're getting decent money for him.

Doesn't seem Spurs style.
Remember when they supposedly bid £2m for Brian Saah? I reckon it's just a ploy to get someone to raise their offer.

If he's not scored since they should sell him, obviously the marriage is affecting him too much.

You'd have thought 500k would be accepted if offered by anyone.

Next season, yeah? Great. Lose Bonne on a free and Koroma for tribunal money after forcing them to stay at the club where they will no doubt be distracted or unhappy. Genius idea. Much better than raking in £750,000ish and replacing them with players who actually want to be here.

I don’t care if all our young players want to better themselves and leave but for F sake, spend a few hundred grand on a really good central midfield player.
That will not be happening, bargin bin for us I'm afraid.
We’ve had a bid accepted for Josh Falkingham of Harrogate Town. Keep twisting those knickers.

Err no actually, you negotiate a new contract increasing their pay and you go again. It’s how football works if you did’t know. All players can be bought it’s just a question of how much.

You'd hope we aren't signing 28 year old players based on a sample size of one game though.
