I get it in today’s context but it really makes things blurry down the line. What other medical history will be required going forward just to earn a living? Do you expect people carrying HIV to make sure they declare it to their boss? Or someone who missed their TB jab when they were 12? NHS workers sign a contract, and if there's nothing about being vaccinated in that contact, I can't see how someone can be sacked for not having vaccines.

Yes, it is. The time for pandering to these dimwits is over. It will probably cause problems in the short-term for the sector, but that will sort itself out eventually.
