herd immunity with acceptable numbers of dead each year then
If you say so.
its not me saying it its what the report is saying
just not in plain English .
break it down to its simpliatic form
vaccines supress effects
vaccines dont cure ( covid)
people with or without vaccines will die .
its herd immunity just not spelt out that way .
That’s scientists for you. Do you have any better suggestions for eliminating a virus that was foolishly introduced from China and has killed millions around the world that has left world powers with no answers . We are all itching to hear them.

I think it was also accepted 2-3 months ago that herd immunity was not achievable with this virus.
Should we not now also be making available the weekly death rates for all illnesses/accidents for balance. It’s not helping matters or peoples confidence showing only Covid linked death rates

Here you go link to ONS data and headline bullet points for September 2021. Grim reading for an ageing population.
https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulation ... ges/deaths
As far as I am aware, dementia and heart disease can be hereditary but are not infectious or contagious.
In September 2021, there were 44,474 deaths registered in England, 7,215 deaths (19.4%) more than the September five-year average (2015 to 2019) and there were 2,964 deaths registered in Wales, 489 deaths (19.8%) more than the September average.
The leading cause of death in September 2021 was dementia and Alzheimer's disease in England (accounting for 11.2% of all deaths) and ischaemic heart diseases in Wales (9.6% of all deaths).
Coronavirus (COVID-19) was the third leading cause of death, in September 2021, in England (accounting for 6.6% of all deaths registered in September) and in Wales (accounting for 8.5% of all deaths).
Taking into account the population size and age structure, the age-standardised mortality rate (ASMR) for deaths due to COVID-19 in England (64.4 deaths per 100,000 people) increased significantly for the third consecutive month; the ASMR for deaths due to COVID-19 in Wales was 89.6 deaths per 100,000 people, significantly higher than in August 2021.
The North East of England remained the English region with the highest ASMR for deaths due to COVID-19 in September 2021 (89.9 deaths per 100,000 people) for the second consecutive month; all English regions except the North East and London had statistically significant increases between August and September 2021.

Thanks for that. Interesting reading . Dementia and Alzheimer's are awful diseases.

Rolling 7 day average for cases continues to drop and patients admitted to hospital continuing to levelling off. Hopefully stays that way from now on with the booster campaign ramping up.

Intensive care bed occupancy for Covid patients starting to rise quite steeply. Not great news. Hope it's an anomaly rather than a long-term trend.

Hmm, given hospital admissions have been relatively stable for a while I'm going to take a punt at the reason for ICU bed uptake increasing is due to cases mostly in unvaccinated people.
Nothing to back this up, just a view

What does the disinformation at the link you've shared have to do with that?

Better alert the WHO. Covid vaccines causing an increase in Covid cases. Wasn’t it so much better before we had vaccines.

Yanks mandating vaccines or weekly tests and masks at work for every employee at a company with over 100 staff or you're sacked

Employees will not necessarily have to present proof of their vaccination status and will be allowed to sign a statement saying they are vaccinated and that they understand there could be criminal penalties for lying.
