common sense does prevail roll on Tuesday.
Are you and Greyhound the same person then? "Nothing will change" is subjective anyway, so let's put some parameters into the mix. So if nothing changes then the Retail Price Index will be no worse than it is now? The inflation rate will be the same? Unemployment figures will be the same? There will be no shortages of fuel? No shortages of medicine? No unnecessary deaths caused by those medicine shortages? No shortage of staff in the NHS and care services? Etc, et-bloody-cetera.....RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 6:41 pm
Don’t worry about that, I will.
no we are not the same person we both think that we will not fall into resection andBoniO wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 7:02 pmAre you and Greyhound the same person then? It's hard for me to know how to gauge the social impact on the Country but I can hardly see it being for the good. So, let's compare notes in 12 months time - or say, 12 months after we leave with a No Deal (if we do.........).
You haven’t commented on the Scottish judges finding prorogation illegal and saying that the smirking idiot misled the Queen.greyhound wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 8:20 pmno we are not the same person we both think that we will not fall into resection andBoniO wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 7:02 pmAre you and Greyhound the same person then? have I missed something.
Standby for a Lab Dem coalition then. It is obvious that neither main party commands enough support for a majority.slacker wrote: ↑Sun Sep 15, 2019 8:49 am The polls are all over the place today. In the remoaner Observer, the Tories have a 12 point lead over Labour (37/25) with the Libs on 16. In the no deal brexshit Express, it’s only 1 point (28/27) with the Libs on 20. Farage gets 13 on both.
Strange how both papers use polling firms that, generally speaking, return figures their readership wont be happy with.

But who with? They are never going to work with the Tories again and they have ruled out Labour while Corbyn is leader, the SNP would be more obvious but are they going to get enough seats to make the difference?
