The Taxpayers Alliance will be furious when they hear about this.

Tories lost Chester. Quite badly, worth remembering that the previous Labour MP had to resign for being a naughty boy. You would have expected the Tories to pick up votes on the back of that. They didn't!
The tea leaf has been suspended. She will be frickin' postal.

The Tory Council in Thurrock are putting the Tory MP's in shame. They have managed to lose £469M of ratepayers money. Thurrock MP ( Tory ) is cacking in her knickers as this is a " key " marginal. She has even bad mouthed her husband who is a Councillor. Looks like The Ole Bill will soon be sniffing around. The natives here are fuming. The Council are being extremely coy about what has gone on. Bins are not being collected etc. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-e ... 2pxUGdiTew

We’ve all done it. All it needs is a hole in your trousers pocket and bingo - there goes another £469m. I’m sure that nothing dodgy, corrupt or illegal has been perpetrated by these fine Councillors.

I say:- This has been brewing for a long, long time. They have stonewalled any questioning and been in total denial. The Labour Party has had a bit of an unsuccessful time in Thurrock. They have now brought in a new lady as next candidate in General Election and are bringing out all the big guns. Non-collection of dustbins etc has been blamed on climate activists. But that ain't washing now. People are wising up.

People who own their own ex-council house or have inherited some money & bought a bungalow ( which there are quite a few in North Grays ), think they are Middle-Class and vote Tory also they worry about the " hordes " paddling across the Channel. Thus forgetting about the Enemy that has the reins of power. They might learn one day.
