Talking costs resulting from global and local issues. Costs that impact ultimately on funds available to Governments. When looking at such things it’s important not only to look at the issues but their impact financially - directly and indirectly.
Costs are fine. Stealing Billions isn't, but that's a Tory issue
Is that the best you can offer! No point in having a sensible discussion methinks.
