Poor old Muddly Talker. Listening back now on Classic F1 reruns he wasn't a particularly good commentator but was a true voice of the sport for a couple of generations of fans and had a really likeable personality.

Hagler was without doubt the best middleweight I have ever seen. I do believe that we were lucky and very fortunate to have lived through and watched Hagler, Hearns, Leonard and Duran. No one ducked anyone and we got to see some of the finest boxing ever witnessed in the ring. Hagler v Hearns is probably the most brutal fight in history and watching that was watching two true warriors battling it out in three rounds of absolute greatness and shear will to win.

He should still be alive today, RIP Marvellous as you were truly a great Titan of the ring.
