Corbyns incompetence isn’t excused by the quality, or lack of, his opponent. The guy is incompetent and the run a bath comment fully justified. Bringing up Johnson is pure deflection.Disoriented wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 9:08 amIf your further response is you trust Johnson and the nasty party instead, you have written your own credibility epitaph.Orientinoz wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 7:21 am He's right though Dis...I wouldn't trust Corby to run a bath let alone a country..
The reason why we may end up with Johnson is Corbyn. The Tories biggest asset is the Labour Leader. Fecking tragic.

We get you don’t like the fella as you criticise him ad nauseam. But you have provided no valid reasons for why he is worse than lying Johnson.

Labour need a new leader, one who can win an election. Someone who don’t forever sit on the fence but has the balls to make a stand. I don’t like Johnson, never have, never will. But he takes a position and goes for it full pelt. No ambiguity. Called being a leader.

None of what you have stated above equals incompetence either. It comes across as bitterness without reason.
Quite sad really that prejudices can be so openly on display.

Sid, you are as perceptive as always. I do not rate Corbyn, but he is not incompetent. Johnson is incompetent and untrustworthy and the evidence for this is crystal.Sid Bishop wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 11:40 amGoing by previous posts you made in the past, thought you did not rate Corbyn , perhaps I got that wrong ? The Lib Dems have shown consistency and purpose - Labour have not capitalised on the Brexit mess.

Re: Labour Watch
I like the calmness of Corbyn and could imagine him as a nice next door neighbour, but I do not like the people he surrounds himself with and the momentum group etc. I used to vote labour when Wilson was the leader and my family voted for Attlee government after the war, Clement Attlee was such a man of principle. Going out now, have a good day !!Disoriented wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 11:46 amSid, you are as perceptive as always. I do not rate Corbyn, but he is not incompetent. Atlee was a man of socialist principles as is Corbyn. They are not disimilar in personality. I know it’s disgraceful, yet Corbyn fails to say he had a private education himself. Hypocrisy of the highest order.

Re: Labour Watch
Shouldn't be scrapped, it should be people's
choice to choose how to educate their children, just like half the shadow cabnet choose.
What I agree with is improving the schools and the standard of teachers. It's just a shame they never did it when last in power.

Of course they should be scrapped. Why should one child receive a better education than another child simply because that child has richer parents? That's ridiculous.Thor wrote: ↑Mon Sep 23, 2019 11:27 am Shouldn't be scrapped, it should be people's

Imagine trying to compare Bliars new labour with Jezza's incarnation.
