In other words the tax system is saying pay the uk a fee be we won’t tax you on foreign income.
But a person not paying a fee would have to pay tax in the uk on their foreign income

Although I accept this doesn’t apply to the sunaks, what with Mrs Sunak being domiciled in India and Rishi being a permanent resident in the US of A.
He didn't arrange any parties, they were civil servants he is not their boss, No 10 is also his home and garden. All the people who went were the same ones who worked together in the same building.
