I was thinking that was the only way he'd get out of it. Enjoyed the final episode. Film next?

Enjoyed it too and leaves it open for another "final" series or as you say, a film.

Pam & Tommy
On Disney+. Just finished the second episode and, so far, it seems like a well written, acted and put together retelling of the infamous sex tape fiasco staring Pamela Anderson.
Just a word to the wise - do not watch episode 2 on a train where your fellow passengers may happen to glance at your screen.

‘Old Enough’ on Netflix. It’s absolutely brilliant.
(No, it’s not OCWy in the slightest).

I just watched episode 6 of This Is Going To Hurt.
That packed quite a punch. The kind of punch that you continue to feel long after the episode has finished. It did hurt.
FFS, that was just so unnecessary.

Bit disappointed so far with Top Boy series 2, don't care about where the drugs come from just want to see the results on society that the first series and Summerhouse did so magnificently.
Alan Carr's interiors continue to satisfy my furnishing needs.
Started My Brilliant Friend, its wonderful.

The Savile documentary on Netflix. It brings everything together to explain the how, why and what. The victim testimonies are powerful. But I don't think you really learn anything new.
Still, a good document of the systematic and establishment failings that allowed him and others like him to affect so many lives.

Re Top Boy completely agree the BBC incarnation was much better on the effects on society and a much more impactful and scary insight on that basis the latest is a bit grand guignol with some glammed up locations. The Liverpool gang strand is laughable.
My Brilliantl Friend is probably the best since Heimat, absolutely remarkable television.

Enjoy.
The last series was not as good as the previous ones. And "Mad Alice" we we termed her, is just fantastic.

Yorkshire Ripper: The Secret Murders
Another interesting documentary on this subject, looking at a number of other likely victims. As always, the police incompetence and prejudice is infuriating. On itv hub.

Gazza(iPlayer): two part documentary, focuses on how this alcoholic was manipulated by the media. I would have liked it to go on a bit further to cover his entire playing career, but it stops after he was dropped by England in 98.

Barry S3 - excellent dark comedy series about a hitman who is also an actor. Check it out if you have NowTV or Sky.

That's the Met for you, spreading the disease of incompetence and prejudice all over Englands green land.

Just finished the final half season of Ozark. I shall miss it.
I do think it was better in S1 and S2, but whole thing was enjoyable.

Gonna really miss it. Enjoyed all the series. Thought the last episode was very intune with the whole series. ALL events made sense. Also will miss spotting the 4 symbols at the start of each episode and spotting them.
We watched series 1-3 again just before series 4 and it was even better second time around.
Gotta be in my top 5 series of all time, but nothing beats Dark. So good I'm scared to watch it again in case it wasn't as good as I thought. Surprised if it wasn't though.

Ooh. Never clocked them as a thing - but I guess once you know…
[haven’t watched S4 yet beyond e1 - will get round to it but my interest dipped thru s3]

Finished Ozark- ending felt a bit incomplete. Needed more car chases, explosions and also some further episodes to explain Marty's future life with the Bluth family.

Just finished watching "This is Spinal Tap". This film is nearly forty years old and I've seen it a
number of times, but it still makes me laugh out loud. One of the best comedy films ever made.

Some years ago I went to musical based on the story of Jack the Ripper at the local Theatre Arts college. Was humming "you're a naughty one, saucy Jack" to myself most of the evening.
