9 points clear of Oldham who are projected to get 9 more points. I'd probably like a couple more wins this season to be sure, but we look to be in a much better spot than a few weeks ago.

Great day - at long last! Well done Ritchie & the team.
A real relief to pull away from the drop zone.
Now 10 wins on the spin & we might make the play offs.

Just feel mighty relieved that KJ got sacked when he did.

Well done MH holding the fort and rustling up a couple of points.

Well done RW so far - good start given what had gone on before.

I've just returned from Tenerife (Look at me) and as I turned my phone back on at the airport the final score pinged through.
Sweet.

Up until Smyth scored that brilliant goal we looked awful . However after we scored our second goal you could see the confidence come flowing back to the players . In fact we were unlucky not to score a fourth from Archibald which needed a good save from their keeper. I’m delighted with that win and with Oldham losing and Stevenage not playing today that really was a massive three points. Well done Orient.

He’s managed to give some self confidence back to the players.

Vigs positioning left a lot to be desired imo
😂

Their bloke had a free shot from the edge of the six yard box. What the heck do you want Vigs to do?

And to think, there are people on this board who were tearing into me for suggesting that KJ should be binned.

They’ve all gone very quiet now.

Funny how Tuffers has stopped spamming the board now that RW has turned it around.

Really solid second half performance.

I prefer a back 3.

I think Wood is fine, but I think the line up doesn’t work so well. I understand why KJ didn’t play him. Theo better on the left in front of Ogie. Play Khan, Pratley, Coleman, Theo across the middle. Smyth just in front of them with Ruel and Drinan up top.

For all of KJ’s faults I think our defence looks worse with a four. He always liked a three.

Great to see the confidence returning.

I don’t think he was Kenny’s choice. This feels like a Martin Ling player with the support of our useless transfer committee. A message to our transfer committee. You’ve now hired Richie Wellens . Just try and sign who he wants next season and not who you think or we could be facing the same situation again next season. We have truly great owners so just let our experienced football manager call the shots on player recruitment . OK , it was a shortened season due to the pandemic but he proved at Swindon he can do it . Trust Richie’s judgment and I think we won’t go wrong.

Two away draws (including one against the league leaders) and our first hole win in months.

I’d call that a turnaround. If Jackett were still here we’d probably be slightly above Scunthorpe, lumping the ball from the back for 90 mins.

It was my first game this year.

Hector was awful. Coleman is a slightly better version of Hector. Beckles has gone to sh*t. Thompson isn’t a right back. The defending for their goal was shocking, too easy. The team looked good going forward but central midfield and the defence need some serious work.

Noticed Wellens talking to the crowd a lot and telling them to calm down with the frustration and booing.

I know what you mean because we’re not out of the woods just yet but confidence wise Richie has. After we scored our second goal yesterday you could see the self confidence starting to come back to the players .

I heard yesterday that Mitchell could be on his way back to us plus James is hopeful of playing the last handful of games. Our defence should be about to get a little bit stronger . As for central midfield I’m afraid it’s a dead loss . Major surgery needed in that area during the Summer
