6 points away from danger now. Slowly getting to the magical number, whatever that might be.

COYOs - now let's get a win on Saturday.

Well done boys!!! A good result. FGR weren't great. We looked more threatening with the long throw ins and wide play than the hoof ball, but 10 out of 10 for effort and the spirit's returning.

Well done to our new manager & the team. I am very pleased with a point, particularly bearing in mind that everyone else near the bottom lost except Barrow. Now 6 points + gd away from 23rd.

Drinan going up top and pressing made all the difference, he stopped them picking passes, making mistakes, Ruel did too, Theo added that quality pass that was needed too

I’ve always thought that magical number was 52 but I know others would disagree. I’m very pleased with that draw and would definitely had taken that at 7.45pm. Now to get that win against Rochdale and get further away from the bottom two.

Richie Wellens Red Roar Army :lofc:

Staying unbeaten will give the squad a much needed confidence boost, now to smash that winless run to pieces on Saturday

Unless of injuries that defence must be the same on Saturday

Just watched the RW interview where he said that he's not a fan of long throws. Really?

It was Shad's long throws that caused panic in the FGR defence every time and with some better bounces and sharper players there were at least 2 goals there for the taking. Bizarre

On the last 10 years end of season table (excluding Covid-truncated season) - IMO looks like 46 points will keep us from the drop.

Richie might not be a fan but I’m sure he’ll go with it if it creates goal scoring chances for us .

Whether he does or doesn’t do long throws, Ogie has to start. One of our few players who is genuinely comfortable with the ball at his feet. We are so much better with him in the team. Made a great statement tonight. Why he has been on the bench last few weeks baffles me.

I assumed he must have been carrying a slight knock but didn’t look like it tonight.

Would have taken a point before kick off, so I'm happy with the result.
If we survive, we need to get rid of a few of the players, and bring in a bit of quality.
Good goal from Ruel, and great ball to put him through, from Theo

Obviously all our loanee’s will return to their parent clubs . I’d like to keep Mitchell and Archibald . All the rest can get lost.
