That was a strong consideration on Saturday considering the weather. Risk of catching covid outdoors is 5% of it in a confined space according to the latest doctor who was also urging football fans wear a mask. For now I'll take my chances sitting outside with the masses - not like we make enough noise to generate spit that could infect either.

Of course we won’t have to wear masks. The club don’t give a sh*t.
The club issued a code of conduct telling us we have to wear face masks indoors and in the undercrofts. But no one does, not even the stewards.
Even to prevent the common cold and influenza it is wise. Bacteria. You may cover your mouth with a scarf or hood? There will be shouting and risk of spreading the particles saliva as is live football ?

Ok and thanks. Meanwhile look at how other EU countries are now acting to the threat of Covid in the coming months. See my thread about ''Greece giving over 60s a monthly fine if they refuse to have the Covid vaccination'' !

I am not an anti Vaxxer and have had all the covid shots including the booster. I do wonder if in the next 10 years we will see many people with side effects. At my age I didn't see any risk but for young people I do see why they may not want to be vaccinated.
What about the same people that don’t want to wear a mask either?
No excuse for that. It's not going to have side effects.

Anti vax conspiracy lies are harmful, thats why it matters.
A lot of the thoughts and opinions which were referred to as “conspiracy lies/theories” in early 2020 have turned out to be true. Will you allow people back in if they get banned for a “lie” which then turns out to be true or will you give a grace period of say 2-4 months between the “lie” being told and actually going ahead with the ban?

No one, I was responding to the previous posters request of an example of something which was once branded “conspiracy theories/loony talk/conspiracy lies” but then turned out to be true and happen indeed.

I asked for specifics because it's too easy to pick out a random topic, which may, or may not, have been ridiculed on here, and say it's now happened. I believed you meant that some of the loony tunes conspiracy theorists on here had been proven to be correct. I asked for examples of this. I haven't seen any yet.

I wasn’t aware we were talking solely about this forum, I haven’t been on here long enough to have that data only joined august last year (I think) I was referring to people and society in general friends family workplace etc etc.
My point stands though we’re all adults and I think we should be allowed discussion and opinions even if we do not agree it’s the only way to learn from your peers I love a discussion and I love listening to my peers opinions and thoughts.
None of us here know what’s true and what’s a lie when it comes to this matter so why not allow the conversation to flow?
