Voted vote to keep them, but only just.
If only for the reason of avoiding 'President Johnson'.
Can you imagine the UK's premier representative abroad being this dribbling oaf?: Utterly embarrassing.
The Queen generally gives the UK a positive image abroad. If she didn't, half the planet wouldn't want to come and live here, would they..

Yes, would be interesting how the rest of them are perceived without the Queen's long term dedication being a major part of the image.
Charles, Andrew, Harry & co don't make for the best optics to coin a word oft used in this area

While my instincts are not pro-Royalist, the system of democracy we have seems to work ok with the Monarch as head of State, and I guess I like the historical traditions of it.
