Ross does not come across to me as having a strong enough personality to be the next manager, Danny Webb perhaps but agree with you, best bet of all would be a very experienced type of manager, but not a ''Sergeant Major type'' Yes someone like a Slade type would be ok. A.F.C Fylde manager David Challinor seems a good manager and a really decent and sincere man, but doubt that will happen.

If we're going for an outside appointment than I would try and get Russell Slade back . I feel he has the experience and personality we could do with right now .

In Oliver rd not that many actually, don’t know the numbers, but most live off of it. If it takes time, so be it, if we can ask we should cos what’s the worst they can say? It would be a fitting tribute to a man who has done something to a club, fan base, area that I’ve not seen in over 40 years of following this club.

Personally, I'm still in shock, I can't believe he has gone.
So it must be real difficult to make decisions without emotion. Still, I would bet my house on Nigel doing the right thing.

To me, doing the right thing and honouring Justin this season is more important than what happens on the pitch.
That is not to say I want to be relegated, but getting in someone who wants to take a different style to what Justin would have done is too much, too soon and could lead to real trouble if players don't buy in to it. By going in-house this avoids that risk.

Even if he was around, getting promoted would have been a bloody hard task. I feel we are lower-half fodder at the moment, and without some strong hands at the wheel we might be in danger. So having a mediocre season would be a success I feel in the circumstances, and not at all letting down Justin. We know the owners have a plan, this year targets should be scrubbed out. The circumstances were unforeseen.

I kind of also disagree with the renaming of a stand or a road, go for something else in the stadium or some other permanent gesture.

For instance, I feel we could ditch the 'Real Football in the Capital' tagline, I did have high hopes that we or Dream Team might do something to demonstrate it, but it's proved to be meaningless. Poignantly, Justin has summed up the real reasons for Orient fans, 'For the memories' is far more apt and relevant.

If it isn't too late I'd have this phrase subtly inserted in the new shirts from this date forward and given greater use as our own. It makes a huge amount of sense to an outsider, and there is a powerful meaning behind the words for O's fans.

Probably lower interest rates and a different loan repayment time etc. Pretty standard stuff.

He probably feels he does not need to at this time, I am sure he will explain when the time is right.

Just change the part from where the Glyn Hopkin used to be down to the ground. That would only affect the club then and possibly the building opposite. The remainder could remain as Oliver Rd.

Seeing as the A12 links Orient to where Justin lived, why don’t we rename that to Justin Edinburgh road?

Yes Thor , you beat me to it . I've just looked at a map of Oliver Rd and it would only affect an handful of residents .Obviously, they would need to agree to the aggro of changing address for utility bills ,etc. You never know though , they still might be willing to agree to it if they were asked and for what reason.

That's a good idea but I think it could go up to the traffic lights at Ruckholt Road

Not really the time or the place to delve into that. We’re 50% owned by a private equity firm so refinancing is a commonplace event.

Pretty sure it will be Webb.

Going back to the West stand. Possibly rename the gallery, as the Justin Edinburgh Gallery. Then the west stand can be sponsored.

Listening to the video. I think if this is an internal appointment, everyone seems to be involved. So if it is Danny Webb.

I also think that the only external manager would be Slade. Several of the backroom staff have worked with him.

I'm laying 10/1 Slade getting the job if anyone fancies a punt

I think that Jobi as player/manager might work.

Although he’s inexperienced, he would be assisted by Ross, Danny and Martin Ling and, I get the impression, that he’s liked and respected in the club, and especially the dressing room, as much as Justin was.

Wonder if Ling might be moved down to the management team, and someone else moved in to DoF?
