I’ve no doubt the research has been done on the hotel potential. And as I understand it we have a severe shortage of housing. And what’s wrong with Councils getting Council tax. I’m sure they publish how the money is spent. More money to help the less fortunate.

I’ve little doubt the stadium is being used as leverage with the council. The ground forms part of the overall scheme at Fosetts Farm and the development of Roots Hall. Which is part of the whole. Draft plans exist for the redevelopment of that area.

And whilst Ron Martin will make money, so will the thousands of people involved in the planning and building of the sites. Much needed work for the working man, who will of course pay tax and spend to help the local economy.

Building homes is not a dirty word, nor is building a new football ground. The infrastructure will have been worked through as part of the planning process and can be developed.
Surprising to see you side with a dodgy owner…
And the working man too but not the working woman. I suspect Doh thinks they shouldn't be within a hundred miles of the construction industry.

Up the workers! (All of them)
Not to mention a proud Foorball club being destroyed
by a guy who faces fraud charges very soon
