And a black assistant manager too. Is that a first for a football league club to have a manager and assistant manager from BAME backgrounds?

Also on Tuesday (when Clay went off) we had a black captain and also a black goalkeeper. I'd be surprised if that's ever happened before in British football, and if that's the case then it really has been a long time in coming.
