Knowles, of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, asked: "I can drive home, right?" to which Mr Hill replied: "No."
The presenter responded: "I'm joking."

At least he had the decency not to try to crawl out of breaking the law on a technicality.

Car Free Day - World Car Free Day takes place on Sunday 22 September with more than 20km of roads closed in and around the City of London, Southwark and Tower Hamlets. Additionally, London Bridge and Tower Bridge will be closed to general traffic and delays are expected.
It's gonna be rough for the special people.
I get a car dodging day off on the commute.
(or at least partly)

The police always have to provide evendence of the offence, it was certainly an option on my last speeding ticket in 2017. They provided a link, I went on it and it showed that my average speed was above the set speed. Check it out, and if you do plead guilty there may be an opportunity for you to take a driver awareness course which educates you and drops the points, which is obviously worth doing.
And also lightens your wallet to the tune of £91 quid.

They should all be banned as they do not deserve to hold a licence driving like complete tools.
