What I do believe needs to happen is for the PFA and its members u its as one and say enough enough. Stand tall, stand together and tell the FA, Uefa and Fifa that they will not stand for it any longer. Tell the government the same and only when such a populous moves happens will we see any change.
I was sent a video on WhatsApp yesterday of Charlton Palmer talking about racism when he played, like he said its not changed one iota. He was quite clear that he has suffered for work for standing up for Big Ron and that the BBC would never have him working there as they are the most racist media platform out there!
Too much talking and not enough action. Until the players unite and let's be truthful here its the players that make this game and without them we have nothing, so until they put a marker in the ground and say to steal A-line from lord of the rings "you shall not pass" nothing will change. We will still be saying the same things in years to come as sad as that is.

Perhaps Carlton Palmer is just not good enough to be employed by the BBC but rather than accept the fact it must be because of his skin colour.
