Weird thing to say as a manager, "I'm as involved in some of the decisions as anyone else..."

Good the question was asked of Judd and he is injured.
Incredible that he's been injured for so long, and that he keeps getting injured without even playing
Got to agree. I'd have actually preferred Judd to play, but thinking about this point, what is the point in giving him game time and making him a part of the first XI if he's always just going to always be crocked? Good shout.

Hamstrings again. He’s recovered from the dead leg, now it’s just the tight hamstrings.
Wonder what it’ll be this weekend?

Look people its ro earley to say that we will finish near the bottom again 5 games in w1 f2 l2 have faith in the team the main thing is the match day line up who should be in and who is not we was told that we had no cover at centre back so we sign 1 and play him at right back and its not getting better when we have to play a left back in the centre i was led to belive that turley was not fit to start but fit to be on the bench.

Contracts another deadly virus after colleagues were asked to turn up to work while symptomatic?

What i have noticed is that their appears to be a lack of confidence in the players. If you watch nearly all the goals we concede their is never ever a tackle put in, the defenders back off and it looks more like they are marking space in the area instead of moving forward and closing down the opposition. If they are being coached like that then it's obviously not working and it needs to change immediately. After a goal is conceded heads drop a few shouts at each other but no one seems to have the balls to stand up and sort it out.
It's either a confidence issue or game plan that they are carrying out.
On the little i've seen only McAnuff (head and shoulders above everyone) Vigoroux, Coulson (surprising),Cisse, Johnson and possibly Brophy & Clay have been a positive.
Overall the results have not been terrible but it appears to me something is missing. If he is fit Turley must play to add some toughness and competetiveness because at the moment Orient ladies would bully us.

What he means is some players are just very injury prone whether on the training ground or pitch. A small amount of players are like that . Another expression I've heard is " Their made of glass "

Agree, proper football manager required in my opinion, we can’t leave it until the end of the year, might be too late by then.
Just need better players.

Nah, Senda. The media work is going well for Jobi, why throw that away to manage a bottom half L2 side.

That's the irritating thing , they are good enough . We could do with maybe one more player but the squad is there to do well .It's down to Ross to get the best out of them . Part that means getting his tactics right on the day . End square pegs in round holes and play players in their best positions .Personally I think we would do better playing in a 4-4-2 formation
