Re: Fylde V Salford
You have to say Salford were definitely the better side. Just like this season I think with their spending power they should be in or around the promotion places again come the end of next season . Fylde played pretty football but I thought they never really troubled Salford and as for Tommy Rowe I thought he completely disappeared after the first 15 to 20 minutes . I just hope Fylde are that ineffective against us next weekend.

Salford and Fylde are small clubs, get over it.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2019 5:25 pmIt looked it . We'll be bringing more than double that on our own .
Like it or not Salford finished 3rd in the league and did the required in the playoffs.
They were also one of the very small number of teams to take more points off us than the reverse. Possibly just them and Ebbsfleet?

And most of them were in Salford end. Unfair on Fylde to have two long trips. Suspect they won’t have many fans next week.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2019 5:25 pmIt looked it . We'll be bringing more than double that on our own .

Re: Fylde V Salford
Can’t imagine today’s battering will have too many Fylde fans rushing to book Wembley tickets next weekend for a tinpot consolation Trophy. Reckon there will be more supporting the Vase teams than them - but I guess it’s a relatively easy trip for Chertsey & Cray Valley PM too, rather than a slog down from the North West.

£45 notes for the play off final
£25 notes for the trophy final .
Theyd sold what they were going to just after they went on sale.

Um, did you miss Travis and Teague getting involved with our photo shoot post Braintree? Then doing the lap of honour with their families and macklin and porter and whoever else?
Some serious double standards when it comes to us and Salford, yet again.

I’d imagine if you were a fan of Fylde you would have bought tickets for both games. But given the cost was only £25, possibly £12.50 if a group booking, then you could understand people not showing next week. And I would totally understand that; there is no way I would go if roles were reversed, as I’ve already said on here once or twice.
To suggest their fans wouldn’t turn up to the biggest game in their history cos the ticket was £20 dearer is patronising in the extreme.

Well its probably best he got an ego boost as he's just shelled out £38m to buy out his partner in his business Simon Fuller. Wow!

Also, don’t seem to remember too much resistance when there were all those rumours of beckham and someone called Byrne taking us over back in the day, and he was just as big a c**t back then.

Reading some tweets & other social media pages
Fylde fans who went, said they were paying out £200
For this game & probably £150 for next weekends game.
Far less coaches were available than those supplied by Salford so more came down on trains or were overnighting in the smoke .
So lots of others didnt go today as they had bought the trophy tickets 1st & werent prepared to shell out even more for today at much shorter notice.
Think you have tried to patronise my comment & it has backfired slightly.

Oh come on, their fans will have done both. Maybe not dragged friends and family etc along but you wouldn’t miss either.
Although again, fully understand if they can’t face next week after today and don’t show.

Beckham was different to that, where were the other Salford backers? Why just him posing with the team?
