Interesting thought on the cap, are there any allowances for youth / academy players within it? For example we sign up certain young players (Sotiriou a topical example) as pros so they would be worth more than the pittance under EPPP.

Now they eat into the salary cap is it a good investment for those that aren't really ready or likely to play a significant part in the season, potentially preventing signing a senior pro?
