TFL Bailout - Khan Out Now!

The Department for Transport said the government did not force Khan or TfL to raise the congestion charge as a condition of approving the bailout.

A spokesman for the Mayor of London said that the government and Khan agreed that the charge should be reviewed, but that it was the mayor’s decision to increase it.

Not the case according to Khan himself:

So the Guardian reports it was Khan's decision to reimpose the congestion charge. The DFT says the same. So does his own spokesman.

In the statement the Mayor released on 15th May (https://www.london.gov.uk/press-release ... arding-tfl) he lists all the things that the government insisted on and specified (like fare increases, suspending passes) yet says only that the congestion charge will be "reviewed".

Now, though, he's set the record straight on his Facebook page and it was the government all along who insisted on reinstating and raising the congestion charge.

A few people saying £1.9bn in a video edited to attack the mayor doesn't make something true. The clip of Mike Brown saying it even has Boris Johnsom sitting next to him at city hall!! Laughable stuff it really is.

I'm sure theres more points I'm right about concerning this virus, but I just can't be bothered debating with half wits who just follow what they are told. Crack on mate, I'm loving life and when they dish out the vaccine make sure your at the front of the line, having mercury, aluminium, formaldehyde, animal DNA spliced inside you.
