Boris was possibly the worst Foreign minister ever and in many ways has bungled his response to this Global Pandemic. The world needed leadership. What did we get?Andy Gilson wrote: ↑Fri Mar 27, 2020 11:38 am And how is that funny?
I wouldn't wish it on any politician just because I don't agree with their policy.
Grow up people.

We get a PM whose actions were viewed positively by the Aussie media whilst I was there and a PM whose approval ratings have gone up significantly based on his handling of the situation.RoryRocks wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2020 9:31 amBoris was possibly the worst Foreign minister ever and in many ways has bungled his response to this Global Pandemic. Even Trump's approval rating has gone up recently. People rally around the leader in a crisis, even useless ones.
I wouldn't say that any recent approval rating increase necessarily correlates with the capability he's shown in handling this situation.
He was widely regarded as a bit of a clown before the coronavirus mandated an elevated level of seriousness.
He is the leader - I'm not sure if he is a leader.

If you look at our curve it is a lot flatter than Spain or Italy’s at a comparable time line. Hopefully it stays like that.

Oh, were you over in Australia? You should have mentioned it. Why should we regard the Aussie media as the "gold standard" of journalism? They're at least as bad as the poo poo we have here. As for Boris as a leader you have got to be kidding. He's a weak, vacillating idiot who does what Cummings tells him to do.Redline wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2020 9:54 amWe get a PM whose actions were viewed positively by the Aussie media whilst I was there and a PM whose approval ratings have gone up significantly based on his handling of the situation.RoryRocks wrote: ↑Sat Mar 28, 2020 9:31 amBoris was possibly the worst Foreign minister ever and in many ways has bungled his response to this Global Pandemic.
