Twitter rumours say it is Osseynou Cisse (Gillingham).
Gonna be an improvement on Clay for sure. Looking at the limited Youtube vid, not sure he is a high-tempo player despite being a physical presence. Likes a pass, which obviously would endear him to Ling.
He looks gangly and slightly languid, like a League 2 Patrick Vieira.

Get Kabongo Tshimanga in the building, sure he’ll be let go for a fee under 100k. Someone direct and tricky who’s going to make defences scared. A Koroma replacement.

I always wonder who the targets are that have been identified. He’s the kind of player if I was Ling I’d be saying to the owners ‘we need to get this lad in’! Thing is after the Fletcher mess I don’t think they trust Ling in the slightest.

He’s young, he’s good, his stats are really good, he has a sell on value and unlike us borehamm wood seem to sell high. I don’t really know what his value is, but £100k with his stats get him in the building, cos if he trains on his value will absolutely rocket.
