If that's the case than how on earth are we supposed to attract League One standard players . I know we signed Lawerence Vigouroux who's a League One standard player but he was a one off case because of his association with Ross.

I like Ross as s person based on his interview but if his salary is comparable to what an expierenced manager would of been I be even more annoyed at the decision making of our leaders positioned purely through either wealth and / or emotional relationships (ML)(RE)rather than football proven current intellect and reputation on merit
Why couldn’t we have appointed a BAME manager?
