Or a common or garden smartarse. In the final analysis, who cares?
He's even just bollocked someone for having the temerity to wish for a fully fit Harry Kane back at the club, on an innocent thread where fans can dream a little. What a turdish way to be

Re: Prince Andrew
One google search and you would have my full name and other details. Its not hard to do if you have even one half of a brain cellContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 12:09 pm For the benefit of everyone else, however, I look forward to Spen posting up link to the solicitor's website where his 'private' persona is said to exist.
Let me remind the MB that Spen claims I could have looked him up in a matter of seconds, even though I don't know his real name, This lack of knowledge is, according to our learned friend, an intellectual failing on my part

What makes you (Spen666) so cocky as to assume everyone has squirreled down your real name for future reference??
Unbelievable conceit on your part, and not stupidity or inattention on mine.

I prove to those who matter that I am a solicitor and a chartered accountant. I do not need to prove it to people who don't matter and who throw childish aspersions on my qualifications.
Strangely you won't report me to the police for offences contrary to the Solicitors Act 1974 that you have alleged. Perhaps because your childish aspersions have no basis in fact.

Like the law itself, Spen, its all about opinions.
Carry on being annoying if it floats your boat, but try to remember that other M'bers civil liberties ought to be respected and not routinely ridiculed

I cast aspersions on your character Spen; it is childish and bordering on nasty - which are not attributes one would usually associate with professional lawyers, accountants, or indeed civil servants.

Prince Andrew is a dickhead. An arrogant one at that. He has handled himself very badly and then compounded the problem on TV. It’s reported he told HM it went well.
What a plonker.

So you want my details and yet you aren't prepared to look them up. Then on the thread about giving it out but not taking it, you contradict yourself by seemingly accepting I am a solicitorContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 12:39 pm Like the law itself, Spen, its all about opinions.

You don't have any civil liberty that stops me taking the p*ss out of clowns. There is however a right of free speech
Let me know which Article of the European Convention on Human Rights I am in breach of....

Re: Prince Andrew
Condemned by his own words, better than anything I could have come up with.
I will restate, as Spen666 seems incapable of understanding plain English: 'Spen666 is no more a solicitor than you or I'
He/She is just an internet persona, with no direct (factual or imaginary) link to reality.
Can't wait for the 'writ' to pop into my in-box now
What you (Spen) need is a dose of humility. Try to avoid labelling others as clowns just because you have some misguided sense of intellectual superiority over them.
Its very unbecoming, and will win you no friends in the long run

Keep digging.....
What I need is none of your concern. You neither know me or anything about me.
you can't even decide if I am a solicitor or not. Again you are saying here I am not, but in the Cant Take it Thread you want me to be disbarred (sp) - from the profession you say I am not a member of?

Re: Prince Andrew
I know enough to see that you are a bell-end par excellence, who preaches human rights on the one hand whilst belittling others on the other.
you are a jumped up know-it-all who has most likely tried and failed in the various professions in which your real personality has participated.
I've always liked Geordies, but have to make an exception in your case.
Looking forward to the writ
Cheers for now

Re: Prince Andrew
Erm...it was you who brought up civil liberties, not me.....remember when you claim I am breaching your and other members of the MB's civil liberties by posting...you were asked which human right I was in breach of....you shut up about civil liberies then didn't you?ContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 1:24 pm I know enough to see that you are a bell-end par excellence, who preaches human rights on the one hand whilst belittling others on the other.
It's great how much you have a meltdown and get so annoyed and upset by someone you have never met and know nothing about. you still can't decide if I am a solicitor or not, let alone anything else.
you are a jumped up know-it-all who has most likely tried and failed in the various professions in which your real personality has participated.
You profess to want to "kick me in the bumhole" yet you know nothing about me. Its rather sad that you get so angry as to threaten violence against someone you have never met
No idea what the relevance of Geordies are to anything. I am not and have never claimed to be a Geordie.
I've always liked Geordies, but have to make an exception in your case.
Still it just supports the fact you know nothing about me
Looking forward to the writ
Cheers for now

Re: Prince Andrew
You are not a solicitor, you are an internet persona
I have said it several times now, yet you cannot grasp this fact
Your blog to quote you is about a 'fat cyclist' from Durham who likes to tell all that he's a solicitor, accountant, civil servant, and interested in human rights. Durham is close enough to Geordie for me fat boy.
Your crass childishness is never far from the surface: you boast about tax payers paying you to loaf about on here. How do you know I'm even a tax payer? If I do find out where you work I'll happily cut and paste that to your employers though.
As for a writ, I have challenged you to put up or shut up in regard to what I said about booting you up the jacksie, or about your not being a solicitor. It could not be more plain - either sue me or crawl back under your stone, you reptile.

Re: Prince Andrew
I hate to break it to you, but you do not determine who is a solicitor or not. Your views are irrelevant on the issue.ContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 2:19 pm You are not a solicitor, you are an internet persona

The only fact to grasp is you haven't got a clue what you are on about.
Again, you haven't got a clue. I am as much a Geordie as you are.Your blog to quote you is about a 'fat cyclist' from Durham who likes to tell all that he's a solicitor, accountant, civil servant, and interested in human rights. Durham is close enough to Geordie for me fat boy.
Durham is nothing to do with Geordies. Don't let facts get in the way of your comedic posts. you haven't so far today
Your crass childishness is never far from the surface:
Is this the same poster who thinks it big and clever to call people they have never met, fat boys?
You fail to see the irony in your behaviour
Go ahead. In fact if you check my registration as a solicitor on the SRA , it will tell you exactly where I work. Go ahead and cut and paste it to my employers.
you boast about tax payers paying you to loaf about on here. How do you know I'm even a tax payer? If I do find out where you work I'll happily cut and paste that to your employers though.
See, you go on about suing . I have not mentioned it and have no inclination to sue a comedy figure on an internet message board.
As for a writ, I have challenged you to put up or shut up in regard to what I said about booting you up the jacksie, or about your not being a solicitor. It could not be more plain - either sue me or crawl back under your stone, you reptile.
What have I got to "put up or shut up about?" You are the one making threats, not me.
, so I ask again, writ? what writ?

You love to have the final word. You called yourself fatty on your blog. You are from the North East, ergo Geordie is a close enough approximation. I have not threatened to sue you since I am not and don't claim to be a solicitor.
You are also not a solicitor- more of a very bad, and sadly frustrated keyboard warrior who opens up his true character on here by boasting about skiving at the tax payer's expense.
Glad to see you backed down so I'm happy to move on now
Have a nice evening and don't fall off your bike

This interview has done for Emily Maitlis what the Frost-Nixon interview did for David Frost, she must be delighted.

Prince Andrew reckoning he doesn’t sweat. Just seen a photo of him on the news from years ago in a night club ,sweating his cobs off. What’s that old saying “When you’re in a hole, stop digging .”

So far, yoau are wrong on everything you have posted about me, from my professions, to your total inability to know what a Geordies is
You keep on making false accusations about ne, yet you call me a keyboard warrior
At no time have I said you were going to sue me. Mind you,no idea what the relevance of you not being a solicitor is.Anyone can issue such proceedings. There is no requirement to have a legal qualification to issue proceedings
As for backing down, I have not.
I am still a Soli8and am still not a Geordie, so not sure how you think have backed down.
