Close to 0-3, Scunthorpe just taking the piss now.
This is a relegation side make no doubt about it. Our only hope lies with Macclesfield doing a Bury.

Carl Fletcher must be sitting there with a serious case of schadenfreude right now.
Alabi misses a sitter 2 yards out from a header. Another great Ling / Embleton decision.

Didn’t see their second. On the way to the station by then. It was that good I preferred to give up on us

Looked offside when player went through but full credit to the finish. Lifted high across Brill, who perhaps went down a bit early but wouldn't expect the player to place it the way he did.
Got to give Scunthorpe their dues, two excellent strikes and did the unpleasant stuff well. Closed down, made lots of niggly tackles and fouls to unsettle us and looked good value for their win.

Again someone else who doesn’t watch properly defence to slow to come out and they capitalised on it and yes it was a cracking finish

We should not be conceding the opening goal in that fashion, its proper poor. Our central midfield is weak beyond the strength of a kitten and we have the creativity of a baby.

Better team won on the day without a doubt , we sat level with the player and the second goal was at least a yard offside .

Good point for Derek Adams in his first game as Morecambe manager. Decent performance apparently
